How an order runs
- 01
Brief & tech pack
We receive tech packs, CAD files or a physical sample and return a feasibility note with open questions, usually within a couple of working days.
Shared folder + written confirmation of every spec.
- 02
Fabric & trim sourcing
Using the Prato network we propose two to four fabric routes at different price points, with swatches shipped to you.
Mill names, indicative minimums and lead times shared.
- 03
Sampling
Pattern making, prototype, courier to your studio, then corrections until the fit and hand-feel are signed off.
Around 10–18 days per round, confirmed per project.
- 04
Production & QC
Pre-production meeting, cutting, sewing lines, finishing, then inspection against the approved sample.
Weekly photo reports from the floor.
- 05
Delivery
Labelling, folding or hanging as specified, cartons prepared and freight coordinated to your destination.
Documents prepared for customs clearance.
Minimums that respect a young brand
Standard minimum is 50 pieces per style, split across colours where the fabric allows. Repeat orders can go lower; complex constructions or custom-woven fabric may require more. We tell you the honest number before you commit.
