How an order runs

Brief & tech pack
We receive tech packs, CAD files or a physical sample and return a feasibility note with open questions, usually within a couple of working days.
Shared folder + written confirmation of every spec.

Fabric & trim sourcing
We identify fabric and trim options suited to the project, with swatches available when agreed.
Supplier details, indicative minimums and lead times are confirmed per quotation.

Sampling
Pattern making, prototype review and agreed fit corrections before production approval.
Timing for each round is confirmed per project.

Production & QC
Pre-production meeting, cutting, sewing lines, finishing, then inspection against the approved sample.
Reporting frequency is agreed for each order.

Delivery
Labelling, folding or hanging as specified, cartons prepared and freight coordinated to your destination.
Documents prepared for customs clearance.

Minimum quantities depend on the style, material and workshop. We confirm the applicable quantity in writing before sampling or production begins.
