Ready-to-wear
Womenswear, menswear and childrenswear: outerwear, tailoring, jersey and knitwear, full size runs.

Manufacturing
We handle the whole chain — fabric sourcing, pattern room, sampling, bulk production, quality control and shipping — so your team talks to one partner instead of six.

How an order runs
We receive tech packs, CAD files or a physical sample and return a feasibility note with open questions within 48 hours.
Shared folder + written confirmation of every spec.
Using the Prato network we propose two to four fabric routes at different price points, with swatches shipped to you.
Mill names, minimums and lead times disclosed.
Pattern making, prototype, courier to your studio, then corrections until the fit and hand-feel are signed off.
Typically 10–18 days per round.
Pre-production meeting, cutting, sewing lines, finishing, then 100% inspection against the approved sample.
Weekly photo reports from the floor.
Labelling, folding or hanging as specified, cartons prepared and freight coordinated to your destination.
Documents prepared for customs clearance.

Standard minimum is 50 pieces per style, split across colours where the fabric allows. Repeat orders can go lower; complex constructions or custom-woven fabric may require more. We tell you the honest number before you commit.
