Terms & Conditions

AURALUNA SRLS is an Italian company based in Prato. We manufacture clothing and leather goods in our own workshop and with vetted local partners, and we sell finished garments wholesale to brands and retailers.

We invoice our clients directly for pattern making, samples, production runs, wholesale orders and shipping. We do not act as a financial intermediary and we do not hold client funds for any purpose other than settling our own invoices.

Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the fabric, construction, quantity and delivery window described in the tech pack or order form.

An order becomes binding when you confirm the quotation in writing and the deposit has been received. Changes to fabric, construction or quantity after confirmation may change price and delivery date.

Prototype and pre-production samples are invoiced separately. Bulk production only starts after you approve the sealed sample in writing.

Approved samples are the quality reference for the whole order.

Prices are quoted in euro, ex works Prato, excluding VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise. Standard terms are 50% deposit on order confirmation and the balance before dispatch.

VAT is applied according to Italian and EU rules. Customers outside the EU are responsible for import duties and local taxes.

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and depend on fabric arrival and approval timing. We inform you promptly of any delay.

Unless a different Incoterm is agreed in writing, goods travel ex works and risk passes when the carrier collects them.

Garments are checked in line with standard AQL inspection. Small variations in shade, hand feel and measurements within agreed tolerances are normal in textile production.

Quality claims must reach us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and the affected references. Where a claim is accepted we repair, replace or credit the affected pieces.

Your designs, patterns and tech packs remain yours. We use them only to produce your order and we do not resell client styles.

Our own patterns, technical documents and supplier information remain our property and may not be shared with third parties.

Cancellation after fabric purchase or cutting is only possible against payment of the materials and work already committed.

These terms are governed by Italian law. The court of Prato has exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
