Company Policies

Every new style starts with a prototype. Prototypes are invoiced at cost and the fee is credited against the first production order above 200 pieces.

Up to two rounds of fit corrections are included; further rounds are quoted separately.

Production starts at 50 pieces per style, with a minimum of 20 pieces per colourway. Leather goods start at 20 pieces per model.

50% deposit on order confirmation, balance before dispatch. Payment by bank transfer to our Italian company account; we invoice clients directly and issue a compliant Italian invoice for every order.

Orders ship ex works Prato unless another Incoterm is agreed. We prepare packing lists, cartons and export documents and can arrange collection with your forwarder or ours.

Standard dispatch is within five working days of final quality approval.

Wholesale orders of finished stock can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and in original packaging, with the return shipment at the buyer's cost.

Made-to-order production is not returnable, but confirmed manufacturing defects are repaired, remade or credited.

Garments carry fibre composition, care and origin labels compliant with EU Regulation 1007/2011 and Italian rules. We only apply a Made in Italy label when the required manufacturing stages are genuinely performed in Italy.

We work with declared, contracted labour and audited partner workshops in the Prato district. Suppliers must document fibre content and comply with EU textile safety requirements.

We do not produce, trade or ship anything outside clothing, leather goods, accessories and home textiles.

Accounts for the reserved area are granted to verified business customers. Every registration is reviewed manually by our team before access is enabled, and accounts can be suspended if the details provided cannot be verified.
