Prototype requirements, price and any credit against production are confirmed in the project quotation.

Included fit corrections and additional rounds are stated in writing before sampling begins.

Minimum quantities are confirmed by style, material, colour split and production arrangement in each quotation.

Payment schedule and method are confirmed in each quotation and invoice. This website accepts quote requests but does not collect payment.

The applicable Incoterm, place of handover, packing, documents and freight responsibilities are stated in each order confirmation.

The dispatch date is confirmed order by order after the agreed production and quality steps are complete.

Return rights for finished stock are stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation and are subject to mandatory law.

Made-to-order goods are assessed against the approved specification; remedies for confirmed non-conformity are agreed case by case and under applicable law.

Labelling requirements are reviewed against EU Regulation 1007/2011 and the rules applicable to the destination. Origin statements are used only when supported by the documented manufacturing route.

Supplier and workshop requirements, available documentation and applicable textile compliance checks are confirmed for each project.

We do not produce, trade or ship anything outside clothing, leather goods, accessories and home textiles.

Accounts for the reserved area are granted to verified business customers. Every registration is reviewed manually by our team before access is enabled, and accounts can be suspended if the details provided cannot be verified.
